Career-interest contact is optional and separate from LicenseWin education. A student's course tier, payment status, course progress, grades, certificate eligibility, refund rights, and DRE eligibility are not affected by whether the student opts in or declines. Opting in does not guarantee an interview, employment, independent-contractor affiliation, sponsorship, leads, commissions, or income. Proctors, identity reviewers, and course-completion reviewers do not participate in recruiting decisions.

5. Course Delivery Disclosure

LicenseWin's statutory/pre-license courses are delivered as self-paced online reading courses. Students read the required instructional material online, complete chapter checks and unit exams, use final-exam practice, and complete the independently proctored course final exam to qualify for a DRE-compliant completion certificate after course approval is issued.

LicenseWin is designed to accept credit/debit card payments through Stripe and manual-payment workflows for ACH/bank draft, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. Manual-payment instructions use placeholders until production account details are supplied. Payment does not create a pass guarantee, license guarantee, job guarantee, brokerage affiliation, career-interest opt-in, or right to a DRE-compliant completion certificate before course approval and completion of the required course workflow.

LicenseWin is not representing that it is BPPE-approved unless and until such approval is separately obtained.
