LicenseWin is being built around that baseline: online textbook chapters, chapter quizzes, unit exams, final-exam practice, and an independently proctored course final exam.
Students need clear reading material, reliable progress tracking, transparent refund terms, and a course system that can be reviewed end to end by the California Department of Real Estate.

Reading-first. The course surface is built around online textbook chapters, not video lectures. Students read, answer knowledge checks, pass unit exams, and prepare for the proctored course final exam.
Regulator-ready. The LMS is designed to record seat time, lesson progress, quiz activity, exam attempts, certificate issuance, and regulator test-drive access in a way that supports DRE review.
Career information is separate. Golden Gate Realty and Finance Inc. also operates a brokerage. Graduates may optionally ask about career opportunities, but course purchase, tier, completion, and payment do not create any employment relationship or guarantee any interview.
The school status is Pending DRE Approval. No. LicenseWin will not issue DRE-compliant completion certificates until specific course approval numbers are issued. Pass-Assurance provides extended course-material access; it is not a cash refund.
